Adonis Tourism LLC owned b2b.adonistourism.com website to sale the travel components to B2B customer. Adonis Tourism LLC does not contract directly with the consumer for the sale of travel components.

Credit Line

A travel company that wishes to establish a credit line and confirm to our credit terms will be provided with a credit line ("Credit Line") to access to inventories through our online reservation system and receive instant confirmations. Once the credit line is established the Travel Company will be deemed as a "Credit Customer".

To obtain a credit line, we would require a signed Credit application form and a replenish able floating deposit or a bank guarantee (issued by an internationally recognized bank), equivalent to the value of one month's purchases along with the completed credit application. In the eventuality that the credit approved agent's credit amount exceeds the approved credit limit before payment time limit, the amount due in full will have to be settled immediately.

A credit line for the value of the floating deposit or bank guarantee will be established and the Travel Company will be provided with a System Administrator login ID, password and a unique company code.

The System Administrator can subsequently create, activate or suspend as many users under the same company code and the Credit Line. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the activities of all users as the relevant Travel. Company will be responsible for all bookings, payments and cancellation penalties incurred by all users.

Cancellation and Amendment Deadline

For each service booked and confirmed, the Travel Company will be provided with a cancellation or amendment deadline along with the any cancellation charges that will apply if cancelled or amended after the Deadline. To avoid cancellation or amendment penalties, the confirmed travel component should be cancelled or amended before the date and time Specified on the cancellation and amendment deadline.

Bookings cancelled or amended after the cancellation and amendment deadline and before the check in date will be automatically invoiced with the cancellation or amendment charges. Normally this will attract a minimum of 1 Nights to 100% Charges.

Payments

Bookings transacted from 01st to 15th will be payable on the 21st of the month and 16th to the end of the month will be payable on the 6th of the subsequent month. The Travel Company will have the facility to view their Outstanding Statement of Account and the Available Balance online. The Statements of Account will show Available Balance is in real time.

Invoices will be generated on the date the bookings are vouchered and the value of the invoiced amount will be reduced from the available credit to reflect the current available credit on the account in real time. New Bookings will only be processed if the available credit is above zero. If the current available credit is insufficient, the new booking will not be processed and the data entered for the booking will be automatically saved. The account will be temporarily suspended and the booking will only be reprocessed based on availability and current rates once the account is reactivated. The account will be reopened immediately on proof of payment. We reserve the right to cancel all forward bookings if the credit limit is exceeded and payment is not made in a timely manner.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection (The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules).

Rates and Currency

All rates quoted are net and non-commissionable, inclusive of all taxes and service charges except any city taxes, resort fee or other charges directly payable at the hotel by the guests.

The Travel Company must pay the invoices in the same currency as they are raised. In case the Travel Company is desirous of settling invoices in another currency, we may allow us so only at our discretion at an exchange rate determined by us.

All prices displayed are final payable amount to us however in event where government authorities, local governing bodies or service provide applies any additional tax, fees, service charges, resort fee or any other indirect charge without prior notification; these additional charge(s) will be levied by us on to the reservation and it will not be part of the reservation amount booked or paid. We will not be liable to pay this additional charges/taxes/resort fees/VAT as we have limited control on such additional charges.

Booking Procedures for Hotels & Apartments

The Travel Partner expressly undertakes to provide to Adonis Tourism LLC only correct and valid information while Requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the Travel Partner would vitiate the bookings and shall disentitle the Travel Partner from availing the services from Adonis.

If 9 rooms or more are requested it will be considered group booking and the system will automatically redirect the request to the Group RFP (request for proposal) module.

Hotels / Apartments

Hotels are classified as 5 star, 4 star, 3 star and 2 star and 1 star and apartments as standard and deluxe categories. The classification is provided to us by the supplier of the accommodation component and we endeavor to validate and authenticate this information. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any errata or inaccurate information provided to us by the supplier.

Images, descriptions and a list of amenities/facilities are also provided and this information is obtained from the supplier of the accommodation component.

The number of guests on the booking must equate to the room category e.g.: Single - 1 Adult, Double or Twin - 2Adults, Triple - 3 Adults and Quad - 4 Adults. Extra beds for adults and children can also be requested and the system will automatically scan the database and display hotels with room types and categories that match the search criteria of the number of occupants allowed in the room as per the request.

If children are being booked, the child ages must be specified. In most cases the breakfast for children are not included in the rate especially when a child sharing the room is free of cost.

Cancellations & Amendments

Confirmed bookings can be cancelled or amended without any charges prior to the cancellation and amendment deadline.

If a booking is cancelled or amended after the cancellation or amendment deadline, the charges will be displayed. On acceptance of the charges, the booking can be cancelled or amended and the system will automatically generate an invoice for the charges.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or amended after the check in date. A request should be made in writing to our reservations Department to action these requests along with a letter mentioning the waiver granted by the hotel.

No Shows

No shows normally attract a minimum charge of 1 night to 100% charges.

Minimum Stay

The system will automatically apply the minimum stay restrictions imposed by the supplier and display the rates and availability for the period of the minimum stay even if the request is for a period less than the minimum stay.

Refunds

Refund requests will only be processed if received in writing within 30 days from the commencement date of the travel component.

Refund requests for partially utilized services will not be processed unless we receive written proof from the service provider that the guest has not utilized all the services in full as specified on our final confirmation and the supplier confirms in writing that a refund will apply to the un-utilized services. Refund requests for fully un-utilized services will be processed only when we receive the written request. Refunds are subject to receiving confirmation from our supplier.

The refundable amount provided by the supplier is final including cases when no refund is applicable. A period of 21 days is required to process any refund requests. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed.

For any refund on card, merchant fees as applicable by credit/debit card provider will be deducted from refund amount.

Liability

Descriptions : The descriptions of travel components contained on our website are provided to us by the travel component suppliers and passed on by us in good faith. We do not check or inspect the facilities or services which form part of any travel component. We accept no liability for the accuracy of travel component descriptions or details nor do we accept liability for any loss incurred by a Travel company in relying on the descriptions.

The Travel Partner unequivocally indemnifies Adonis Tourism LLC of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Adonis Tourism LLC responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Adonis Tourism LLC for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include Adonis Tourism LLC denying/cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.

Onward Sales

Our contract for the sale of travel components is with the Travel Company. A Consumer purchasing travel components contracts with the Travel Company and not us ("Onward Sale"). The Onward Sale of travel components is the responsibility of the Travel Company. We do not accept any liability for Onward Sales to a Consumer nor do we accept liability for anything which may go wrong with a travel component.

We are not responsible or liable for any dispute between the Travel Company and a Consumer arising from the Onward Sale of a travel component by the Travel Company to a Consumer. If any claim is made against us following an Onward Sale by a Travel Company, that Travel Company will indemnify us against all losses, fees, expenses and costs arising as a result of that claim.

We are not liable to indemnify a Travel Company against any negligence, failing, fault or omission on the part of any supplier, owner or controller of any travel component.

We always, in any of these circumstances, do our best to provide alternative arrangements or refund any sum already paid unless the supplier is bound by contracts with their suppliers which precede obtaining a refund from them to pass on to the client.

We are not liable to indemnify a Travel Company against any negligence, failing, fault or omission on the part of any supplier, owner or controller of any travel component.

We always, in any of these circumstances, do our best to provide alternative arrangements or refund any sum already paid unless the supplier is bound by contracts with their suppliers which precede obtaining a refund from them to pass on to the client.

Force Majeure

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or guest otherwise suffer any damage or loss, as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Credit Card Chargeback

The Travel Company may use their corporate credit card or their customer's credit card for making bookings. Customer's credit card must only be used to pay for bookings of that same customer. The Travel Company is responsible for ensuring that a genuine credit card is used for paying for bookings.

The Travel Company takes complete liability for any losses or damages arising out use of fake or stolen credit cards or from any chargeback.

Maintenance

We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Adonis Tourism LLC websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason whatsoever.

Services

Our Support team will put in every possible effort to avoid relocation however in scenarios where situation is out of control and Adonis Tourism LLC is not able to honor the booking confirmed through online allotment received from the operator or service provider, Adonis Tourism LLC will offer an alternative or similar category accommodation for the client instead. In the event the alternative option offered to the agent is not acceptable, Adonis Tourism LLC shall offer the full refund of the amount the service was booked for. Adonis Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any additional loss direct/indirect for the same service or any other service availed by the guest/agents from Adonis Tourism LLC or any other source. Adonis Tourism LLC solely acts as an intermediary between the service provider and the agent.

If the Travel Partner does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the Travel Partner must not avail Adonis Tourism LLC Services.

Declaration

The Travel Company warrant that neither the Travel Company nor any of its Stakeholder or directors are on Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) or Blocked Persons list.

The Travel Company shall immediately advise us in writing if the Travel Company or any of its shareholders or directors be placed on the SDN List.

Law & Jurisdiction

The UAE courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against Travel Company for breach of these conditions in your country of residence of travel company or any other relevant country.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of UAE.

Change in our Terms and conditions

Adonis Tourism LLC reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the b2b.adonistourism.com website.
